CONDITIONS


1.  RENTAL RATES AND MINIMUM PERIOD FOR RENTING

Prices are per apartment per week. The reservations can only be made from sunday to sunday , unless other terms have been agreed upon during the negotiation.

Prices are inclusive of: supply costs (water and electricity), heating, ski and ski boots storage, service and taxes, parking place, bed, kitchen and bath clothes (delivered just once).

Extra expenses: garage parking place (max 1 parking place for every apartment), token-operated washing-machine and dryer, final cleaning of the apartment.

2. RESERVATION

The reservation is confirmed upon the payment of an advance deposit (30% of the total reservation value), otherwise it will be cancelled. The advance deposit shall be paid through cheque in Euro (made out to the management: C/O ALBERGO GENZIANA - Via Colesel, 16 - 32020 ARABBA (BL) or through money transfer at the following accont:

3. PAYMENT

The remainder is to be paid on arrival. You are allowed to pay only cash or with cheque. Credit cards or bancomat are not accepted.

4. SECURITY DEPOSIT

Upon handover of the apartment keys, a security deposit of Euro 100,00 will be collected, in order to cover any damage which could occur to the building or its contents during the stay. The client will be held totally responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents caused by him/her or by his/her guests, or if after the leave something belonging to the apartment is being missed. The client will be charged with the deriving costs upon his/her departure or they will be retained from the security deposit.

Should the clients notice any damage upon their arrival, they are kindly asked to report them immediately to the management at the Hotel Genziana.

5. CANCELLATION

Should a confirmed reservation be cancelled by the client, the advance deposit will not be refunded.

6. PETS

In "El Melaster" are no pets allowed (not even small sized pets).

7. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME

The apartments are available from 2 p.m. of the day of arrival and shall be vacated by 9 a.m. of the day of departure.

8. NUMBER OF PERSONS OCCUPYING THE APARTMENT

The apartments must be occupied only by the number of persons declared when making the reservation, unless nothing else is agreed upon with the management of "El Melaster". The clients are not allowed to lodge other persons which haven't been regularly declared to the management of "El Melaster" upon arrival.

9. UPKEEP AND INSPECTION OF THE APARTMENTS

If necessary, the management of "El Melaster" or a representative of it reserve the right to access the apartments in order to carry out any necessary and urgent repair work. Further, it reserves the right to inspection the apartments during the client's stay or after the leave.

10. CLEANING OF THE APARTMENT

On the day of departure the clients must leave the apartment in good condition. In particular the kitchen (crockery, cutlery, pans, fridge, oven, coffee machine) must be cleaned and tidied up. The final cleaning of the apartment will be made by the cleaning staff and be paid of by the client. The amount charged (from € 30,00 up to € 60,00) varies according to the condition of the apartment. On the day of departure, the owners (or their representatives) reserve the right to inspection the apartment.
